The newer breed of pen drives usually comes with exFAT or NTFS partition system. That's is the main cause behind rejecting pen drives by TV. In other words, traditionally most of TVs are made to accept FAT32 partition system only.

exFAT

Furthermore, Windows too, not offer to format such 64GB drives with FAT32 partition system. It will show exFAT and NTFS only, which is unusable on most TVs. Thus, here you need to format your drive with FAT32 partition system. Just follow below steps. Remember to backup all files and folder from pen drive as we are going to format the pen drive which will delete all your data.

FAT32 Partitioning via Rufus

    1. Download Rufus tool
    2. Select drive to be format
    3. Select Large FAT32 (default) file system
    4. Uncheck unnecessary options
    5. Start format
    6. Click OK on warning window.
    7. Done..!

Now your pen drive is ready to use with your TV. Also, you can use your regular format tool for changing file system of a pen drive. Be sure it has a functionality to format the large drive with FAT32. Many partition tools also having such functionality. You can try them and share your experience in this thread.
