I am facing problem of page isn't working since I have migrated to new host. Interestingly, only WordPress site has affected, other site work normally. My error_log file does not showing new errors. I'm using cPanel. Let me guide on how to view actual cause behind such HTTP Error 500.

Our condition become pathetic when we experience HTTP Error 500 and totally unknown the cause. In other words, not able to locate & view actual error that causing for This page isn’t working

As you mentioned your are using cPanel, there is inbuilt plugin to do so.

  1. Goto cPanel > Metrics > Errors
    cPanel > Metrics > Errors
  2. Now you can see error's log. It's server level log, so all errors belongs to server will be shown here. If you are hosting multiple website then you need to search target URL to view exact error.

Moreover, you can get more information to nailed it on HTTP Error 500.
