At least PHP 5.3 or later
You are using only one security plugin. Multiple plugins can prevent each other from editing .htaccess files. Disable other security plugin (at least following this trick) if installed multiple security plugins.
Verify directory permission is set to 750 (recommended) or 755 where WordPress is installed. Most time it is under the public_html.
File permission of .htaccess should be 644.
If you are using OpenLiteSpeed server then this server does not support .htaccess or .user.ini files. You need to have set them manually.

If you fulfilled above rules, then follow below instruction.

Login into WordPress admin Panel
Navigate to Setting ➔ Permalinks
Now come to cPanel ➔ File Manager or FTP, where WordPress is installed.
Backup .htaccess file & delete it. This file is located where wp-config.php is.

Just insure your PHP has extension mbstring has installed and enabled. If you are using cPanel then you can enable it easily.

Most time .htaccess and php.ini are in hidden state. So, even you not seen these files in your file manager then it does not mean these files are not exist. This type of error seen when database (MySQL or MariaDB) gone through fatal error. There are various causes too, apart from visible errors. Anyway, solution is simple. You have to delete one line from my.ini

Open XAMPP control panel
Click MySQL > Config > my.ini
Locate & delete below line
innodb_force_recovery = 4
Restart MySQL module from XAMPP panel via simply pressing Stop & Start button.

An ion pump is a type of vacuum pump which operates by sputtering a metal getter.
Under ideal conditions, ion pumps are capable of reaching pressures as low as 10⁻¹¹ mbar.
An ion pump first ionizes gas within the vessel it is attached to and employs a strong electrical potential, typically 3–7 kV, which accelerates the ions to into the solid electrode. Small bits of the electrode is sputtered into the chamber.
Gasses are trapped by a combination of chemical reactions with the surface of the highly-reactive sputtered material, and being physically trapped underneath that material.

Working Principle

The basic element of the common ion pump is a Penning trap.
A swirling cloud of electrons produced by an electric discharge is temporarily stored in the anode region of a Penning trap.
These electrons ionize incoming gas atoms and molecules.
The resultant swirling ions are accelerated to strike a chemically active cathode (usually titanium).
On impact, the accelerated ions will either become buried within the cathode or sputter cathode material onto the walls of the pump.
The freshly sputtered chemically active cathode material acts as a getter that then evacuates the gas by both chemisorption and physisorption resulting in a net pumping action.
Inert and lighter gases, such as He and H2 tend not to sputter and are absorbed by physisorption.
Some fraction of the energetic gas ions (including gas that is not chemically active with the cathode material) can strike the cathode and acquire an electron from the surface, neutralizing it as it rebounds.
These rebounding energetic neutrals are buried in exposed pump surfaces.
Both the pumping rate and capacity of such capture methods are dependent on the specific gas species being collected and the cathode material absorbing it.
Some species, such as carbon monoxide, will chemically bind to the surface of cathode material.
Others, such as hydrogen, will diffuse into the metallic structure. In the former example, the pump rate can drop as the cathode material becomes coated. In the latter, the rate remains fixed by the rate at which the hydrogen diffuses.

Its commonly experienced error. It's due to crash of User table in MySQL database. The solution is simple. Just follow below step.

Open XAMPP control panel

skip-grant-tables
Save my.ini
Restart MySQL server by pressing STOP and START button

If it is bad enough in south India, it is a lot worse in the north with both the ruling and opposition parties dominated by dynasties.
In Kashmir, the Abduallahs and the Muftis are the dominant force. Soon after the death of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, the People Democratic Party did not even make a pretence of following democratic processes before handing over the reins to his daughter.
In Punjab, the ruling Akali Dal and opposition Congress are dominated by two families.
In Rajasthan, the current chief minister is grooming her son to take over the reins of the State.
And in Maharashtra, Pawars and the Thackareys will be a force to reckon with for the foreseeable future. As Amit Shah, president of the BJP, put it succinctly after the 2014 parliamentary election, in Uttar Pradesh, the “seats lost by the BJP and its allies were all won by parivars”.

And in Assam, the ex-chief minister is grooming his son who is already an MP, to be the numero uno in the State.

Creation of fatal flaws

At the heart of dynastic politics in India, are two fatal flaws — corruption and patronage. The rewards of political office offer much higher returns than occupying the C-suite in corporate India. In the post-liberalisation era, all things government — land, spectrum, mining rights, government contracts — were highly sought after and hence the reward for awarding rights and contracts fetched immense returns to those who occupied political office. As Tarun Das, former head of CII was heard saying on the infamous Radia Tapes, “a minimum of 15 per cent was skimmed” from contracts. Thus in the era of liberalisation there have been more rags to riches story in politics than in business.
Patronage too has been highly rewarding in Indian democracy. Party high commands act as patrons and hence it pays to be subservient to party bosses. From distribution of tickets in various elections to Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad seats, favours are doled out by political parties to supreme loyalists. And parties occupying the corridors of power in State Assemblies and at the Centre have much more to offer — governorship of States, board Chairmen, directorship in PSUs, and heads of various government institutions.
To improve governance, our Prime Minister recently mooted simultaneous election to Parliament and the State Assemblies. But the problem in Indian democracy is not about year-round elections. Patronage politics, family-owned political parties and corrupt means of acquiring government assets are much more troubling. While economic reforms and better governance can reduce corruption, political reforms are sine qua non for ending patronage politics. In the long-term interest of the country, Modi and the Government must join hands with the Election Commission to reform politics too

So, it is clear from here that we need a hanging magnetic field.

When we use DC sources, the magnetic field produced by a DC current is uniform and does not change. Whereas, if we use it’s counter part (AC source), the current changes (let it be direction or value) with time and thus, a varying magnetic field is produced.

Ultimately, a transformer cannot work on DC because, the primary coil will create a uniform and constant magnetic field, which will fail to induce EMF in the secondary coil.

Note that when you will switch on the source, the current in the primary coil will change from 0 to a specific value (this happens in a moment). Thus, the magnetic field will change from 0 to a specific value in a moment and an EMF will be induced in the secondary coil momentarily. Just momentarily and nothing after that.
